The News Literacy Project is an organization that is working to help society become more news literate, starting with students. Teachers and parents can use the provided lesson plans to teach learners how to become smarter, more active consumers of news and other information needed for participation in civic life. As a result of school closures, free Premium licenses to the online platform, Checkology, is being offered to support distance learning.
