Move Your Way is a site dedicated to helping people get more physical activity. For kids and teens ages 6-17, an hour of physical activity or more is suggested. The site features a tool that parents can use to find more ways for their children to be active each day. Suggestions include walking the dog, dancing, doing yoga, biking, talking a walk and more. Now, possibly more than ever, it is important that parents take an active role in ensuring that their children are getting the physical activity they need each day.
